The Executive Search Consultant will be joining us at a pivotal time in Loftus Bradford’s growth when we will double revenue and organisation size over the next 3 years.

This is a launching pad role where you can get an overview of the business working closely with the client-facing team. You will be trained to headhunt in multiple functions across a variety of industries in developed and emerging markets. In addition, the searches often have diversity and sustainability objectives. This is a very exciting time to join the business where we are growing the team and there are a number of exciting development opportunities for you and a clear career path to manager and/or to our client services division.

You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and attracting top talents to work at our clients’ organizations. You will have full ownership of the search project, be expected to consistently make your targets, and deliver top candidates to the client services organization, as well as support in the process up until placement.   • Complete fluency in the English language, both written and verbal, other languages a plus
  • Proven track record in project and process management
  • 1-5 years’ experience in a target-driven environment where developing relationships is key


  • Experience in sales, recruitment and/or headhunting
  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Experience in an international
