Because of this we have good visibility on their strategic initiatives and how they will impact talent planning over the next 18-24 months. Therefore we only work with one client in each sector to avoid any conflict of interest and to eliminate "off-limits" issues.

One thing that all searches have in common is that we are looking for high-potential candidates who can be promoted at least twice over 7+ years. Thus, we have a long-term view in our relationships with our clients and candidates. Our process reflects this long-term partnership.
